Chocolate Hazelnut Strawberry Tartine
A tartine is an elegantly topped, open-faced French sandwich.
Ingredients
4 slices of bread, your choice, cut from a round loaf
3⁄4 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, prepared
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup almonds
3⁄4 cup icing sugar
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch Sea Salt
2 cups strawberries, sliced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
Place bread on a crisper. Toast for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
To assemble, top toasts with Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, strawberries, and a sprinkle of sweet dip mix.
