Ingredients

  • 12 cup soft butter
  • 23 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sifted icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp hot coffee

Preparation

  1. Place butter, cocoa, and icing sugar in food processor. Blend for 4 seconds.
  2. Add vanilla extract, milk, and hot coffee. Blend until very smooth. Additional milk will make a thinner icing.
