Chocolate lovers rejoice! This no-bake pie is requires minimal effort (aka you don’t need to be a star baker) but it delivers on presentation and taste. Swap vanilla extract with orange extract to intensify the chocolate & orange flavour combination.
Ingredients
3 cups vanilla or chocolate graham wafer crumbs
1⁄3 cup butter
2 cups whipping cream
1⁄4 cup sugar
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 recipe prepared Chocolate Pudding
1 pkg Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
2 cups milk, your choice
mocha beans, optional
Preparation
Stir graham wafer crumbs with butter. Press over bottom and part-way up the side of a pie dish.
Using an electric mixer, whip cream with sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Beat Chocolate Pudding with one-third of the whipped cream. Gently fold in remaining whipped cream until no streaks remain.
Turn mixture into pie crust and smooth top. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm. Top with mocha beans before serving, if desired.
