Ingredients

  • 14 cup soft light cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups icing sugar, divided
  • pinch of salt
  • 14 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 14 cup milk

Preparation

  1. Beat cream cheese and vanilla extract with 1 cup icing sugar and salt.
  2. Beat in melted chocolate. Add remaining icing sugar, thinning out with milk. Beat until smooth and ready to spread.
