Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup soft light cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups icing sugar, divided
pinch of salt
1⁄4 cup dark chocolate, melted
1⁄4 cup milk
Preparation
Beat cream cheese and vanilla extract with 1 cup icing sugar and salt.
Beat in melted chocolate. Add remaining icing sugar, thinning out with milk. Beat until smooth and ready to spread.
