Preparation
In a large bowl, combine almond and coconut flours, coconut oil, maple syrup, mini chocolate chips, Power Up Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Blend, and vanilla extract.
Scoop and portion into bite-size balls (about 18 in total). Store in fridge in single layers in a container. Enjoy!
