Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups blanched almonds
  • 12 cup cocoa powder
  • 12 cup dates
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 14 cup chia seeds
  • 14 cup flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon or Apple Pie Spice
  • 14 cup nut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Preparation

  1. Blend first seven ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Melt nut butter and honey in microwave, drizzle over mixture in food processor.
  3. Pulse mixture until all ingredients are blended.
  4. Divide mixture evenly between sections in a Perfect Petites. Press in lightly. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Flip petites onto a Sheet Pan and twist to pop out energy bars.
