Ingredients

  • 12 cup Rooibos tea, brewed and chilled
  • 12 scoop Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend
  • 12 banana
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
