Ingredients
1⁄2 cup Rooibos tea, brewed and chilled
1⁄2 scoop Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend
1⁄2 banana
1 tbsp natural peanut butter or nut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
