The classic Cobb salad just turned up the heat!

Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 12 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 12 recipe prepared Creamy Ranch Dip
  • 3 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 cup light sour cream, or yogurt
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Aioli Mix
  • 1 - 2 tbsp milk

Preparation

  1. Arrange lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, chicken, and cheese in neat rows on a platter.
  2. To make the dressing, stir Creamy Ranch Dip with Chipotle Aioli Seasoning and thin with milk. Drizzle over salad or serve alongside.
