Chinese Five Spice Wings

A blend of spices used primarily in most Chinese regional cuisines. The rich, full flavour is perfect for chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Toss wings with seasoning and soy sauce. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake 25 – 30 min or until cooked through.

Tips
