Chinese Five Spice Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 2
1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes
1 lb (450 g) fresh green beans, trimmed, about 4 cups
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Chinese Five Spice Seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
Place chicken breasts between two pieces of wax paper. Using a rolling pin, pound until chicken is an even thickness, about 1⁄2" thick. This will ensure chicken cooks quickly and evenly.
Halve or quarter any large baby potatoes; they should all be about the same size.
Place chicken, potatoes, and beans on Sheet Pan Liner. Drizzle with oil and seasoning. Toss gently until well coated.
Arrange on Sheet Pan Liner in a single layer as best you can. Roast until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender, about 18 min.
