Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz/213 g) salmon or tuna
  • 12 small bell pepper, diced
  • 12 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 head butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, intact leaves separated into lettuce ‘cups’

Preparation

  1. Drain canned fish, then crumble into a large bowl. Add pepper, cucumber, dressing mix, and mayo; toss to mix.
  2. Spoon onto lettuce leaves to make cups and garnish each with a small spoonful of Red Pepper Jelly or Roasted Garlic Aioli, if desired.
