Chicken with Mulling Spices

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz/123 g) pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 bag Mulling Spices

Preparation

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat; add chicken.
  2. Brown chicken on both sides, then reduce heat to medium-low. Add orange juice and Mulling Spices. Stir well.
  3. Cook chicken 10 min, or until cooked through. Remove tea bag; serve.
