Chicken Vegetable Soup with Stars

An eye and palate pleasing soup!

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Nourish Broth, prepared
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 tsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 1⁄2 cup stelline pasta (tiny star-shaped pasta)
  • 1 cup cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup frozen peas, corn or mixed vegetables
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Bring Nourish Broth to a boil in a Multipurpose Pot. Add Pesto Sauce Mix and pasta. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add chicken and vegetables. Cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper.
