Chicken Marinara Pizza

Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix or Greek Dressing Mix
  • 1 (12") pizza shell
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 14 red onion
  • 12 cup Marinara Sauce or Fettuccine Alfredo, sauce only prepared
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 1 pkg Alfredo Sauce Mix
  • 1 12 cups milk, your choice
  • 6 cups cooked pasta, your choice
  • 1 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Line a Sheet Pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Meanwhile, thinly slice chicken; place in Multipurpose Steamer. Stir in dressing mix. Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 min.
  3. Place pizza shell on pan. Brush with oil; bake until crisp, 5 min.
  4. Meanwhile, coarsely chop spinach. Cut pepper into rings. Thinly slice onion.
  5. Remove pizza shell from oven. Spread with Marinara Sauce or Alfredo Sauce; top with chicken, veggies, and cheese.
  6. Bake until cheese melts and edges are crispy, 5 min.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest 2 min before slicing.
