Looking to spice up your next taco night? Bursting with bold flavours of chili, tomato and aromatic spices, these tacos are great for pool parties, birthdays, or just a regular Tuesday. Get ahead of the game by preparing a big batch of barbacoa in your slow cooker or pressure cooker and freeze until it’s taco time.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups prepared Chicken Barbacoa
  • 1 pkg Chicken Barbacoa Seasoning
  • 12–1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 lbs (1.5 kg) boneless, skinless chicken
  • 12 corn tortillas or taco shells

Preparation

  1. Divide chicken between tortillas. Add additional toppings, if desired.
