Chicken and Snow Pea Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken, diced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 - 2 tsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 13 cup Nourish Broth or Vegetable Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups snow peas
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix chicken with oil and Asian Stir-fry Seasoning.
  2. Heat Wok to medium and add chicken. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, add Broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add snow peas and cook until tender and liquid is reduced by about half. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

Tips
