Cheesy Kale Hot Dip

Transform kale into an irresistible dip.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups kale, finely chopped, or baby kale
  • 2 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 12 cup Parmesan or Asiago, grated

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Place kale in a Multipurpose Steamer. Sprinkle with dip mixes, cover, and microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until kale is wilted.
  3. Using a blender, blend kale with remaining ingredients.
  4. Spoon into a heat-proof serving dish. Bake for 15 minutes, or until melty and bubbling on the edges.
