Cheeseburger Skillet Meal

Ingredients

  • 400 g lean ground beef or ground soy round
  • 4 cups pasta, cooked
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 pkg Mac & Cheese Seasoning
  • 2 cups tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 dill pickles, chopped
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to pasta directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, in a fry pan cook ground beef for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Next add pasta, milk, and mac & cheese seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Top with cheese, add lid to melt cheese, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  4. Top with pickles, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce and serve.
