Ingredients

  • 1 recipe prepared 15-minute Vegetarian Chili
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground soy round
  • 4 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables – any kind
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Chili Seasoning or Chipotle Aioli Mix
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) kidney beans
  • 4 whole-wheat buns

Preparation

  1. Reheat chili in microwave until thoroughly heated; approximately 3–5 minutes.
  2. Divide between bottom half of buns, add top halves and serve.
