Chai Tea Chicken

Black tea, such as chai tea, contains important antioxidants called polyphenols, which may offer cardio and cancer protection.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chai tea, strongly brewed
  • 18 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp juniper berries, cracked
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded 1/4” thin

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except chicken) and stir.
  2. Add chicken. Cover and marinate for at least 60 minutes prior to cooking.
  3. Grill chicken over medium-high heat for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve.
