Chai Spice Eggnog

A delicious blend of Chai Spice and creamy eggnog, this is a great crowd-pleaser for a seasonal celebration.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chai spice
  • 3 cups non-fat milk
  • 3 cups eggnog
  • 3 oz dark rum, divided – optional
  • ground nutmeg, for garnish – optional

Preparation

  1. In a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup, combine chai spice, milk, and eggnog.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat. Keep warm or chill.
  3. Pour into mugs. If desired, pour a 1⁄2 oz shot of rum into each. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
