CCB Stuffed Yams

Ingredients

  • 2 large yams
  • 2 - 3 tbsp CCB Dip Mix
  • 2 tsp butter

Preparation

  1. Microwave yams until tender. Cut in half crosswise.
  2. Carefully scoop out insides, leaving a 1⁄4” thick shell
  3. Mash yam with CCB Dip Mix and butter, then spoon back into shells.
  4. Place on Sheet Pan. Broil for 3–5 minutes. Serve warm.
