Ingredients

  • 12 breakfast sausages
  • 1 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 recipe prepared Classic Waffles
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt, finely ground
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk, your choice
  • 14 cup oil, + extra for brushing
  • 1 recipe prepared CCB Dip
  • 3 tbsp CCB Dip Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream, or yogurt
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
  2. In a large frying pan, brown sausages on both sides over medium heat. Set aside.
  3. Place sausages, uncovered, in oven. Remove sausages when done, approximately 8 minutes.
  4. Divide dip between waffles, and top each with one roasted sausage, sliced or whole.
