Ingredients
12 breakfast sausages
1 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 recipe prepared Classic Waffles
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch Sea Salt, finely ground
2 eggs
1 cup milk, your choice
1⁄4 cup oil, + extra for brushing
1 recipe prepared CCB Dip
3 tbsp CCB Dip Mix
1 cup sour cream, or yogurt
1 cup light mayonnaise
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
In a large frying pan, brown sausages on both sides over medium heat. Set aside.
Place sausages, uncovered, in oven. Remove sausages when done, approximately 8 minutes.
Divide dip between waffles, and top each with one roasted sausage, sliced or whole.
