Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 12 cup large flake oats
  • 34 cup milk, your choice
  • 14 cup grated carrots
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Apple Pie Spice or Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 2 strawberries, sliced

Preparation

  1. Measure oats into a Mason jar or container of your choice. Pour in milk; stir in carrots and dip mix.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with berries and enjoy in the morning!
