Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp Jerk Seasoning
3 cans (19 oz /540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
3⁄4 cup orange juice
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a frying pan, sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 5 min or until onions are softened.
Add seasoning, orange juice and black beans, simmer for 15 min stirring frequently.
Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
