Ingredients
1 brick (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese, softened
1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup sour cream
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, dressing mix, and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.
Transfer to a serving bowl. If you have time, refrigerate 10 min.
