Butternut Squash Fries

A deliciously savoury alternative to potato fries!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 16 — 3/4” strips
  • 1 12 tsp sriracha seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Chili Garlic Sea Salt - Grinder, coarsely ground, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).
  2. Lightly spray Sheet Pan with vegetable oil.
  3. Place squash sticks on Sheet Pan. Season with sriracha seasoning, toss in oil to coat and arrange in single layer. Season with Chili Garlic Sea Salt.
  4. Roast, turning once, for approximately 14–18 minutes, or until golden.
