Butternut Squash Fries

A deliciously savoury alternative to potato fries!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450 g) butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 16 — 3/4” strips

  • 1 12 tsp sriracha seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Chili Garlic Sea Salt - Grinder, coarsely ground, to taste

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).

  • Lightly spray Sheet Pan with vegetable oil.

  • Place squash sticks on Sheet Pan. Season with sriracha seasoning, toss in oil to coat and arrange in single layer. Season with Chili Garlic Sea Salt.

  • Roast, turning once, for approximately 14–18 minutes, or until golden.
