Butcher Block Grilled Sirloin Steak with Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak
  • Butcher's Block Sea Salt Blend Grinder, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 recipe prepared El Dorado Sauce, or your favourite sauce

Preparation

  1. Place steak in non-reactive pan, put all marinade ingredients (but sauce) on top then rub over both sides and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Barbecue on hot grill approximately 5 minutes aside, with lid closed, to desired doneness. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  3. Slice the meat thinly, lift to a heated platter, and serve with sauce.
