Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Cheesy Fries Seasoning or Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 6 cups leafy greens
  • 13 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 14 cup prepared Big Burger Sauce or Ranch Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Big Burger Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • 13 cup milk
  • 1 cup Creamy Ranch Dip, prepared
  • 3 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 cup light sour cream, or yogurt
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef and seasoning. Form into 12 equal balls and place in Multipurpose Steamer. Slightly flatten each ball. Cover and microwave on high 5 min.
  2. Meanwhile, chop tomatoes and cucumber. Divide veggies and greens between four bowls.
  3. When burger bites are cooked, top steamer with Multipurpose Tray and strain excess liquid.
  4. Top each bowl with three burger bites, cheese, and 1 tbsp sauce. Add additional toppings, if desired.
