Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • 13 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp CCB Dip Mix
  • 1 cup grated low-fat cheese – any kind
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Place bacon on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Cook until golden and crisp, approximately 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk and CCB Dip Mix. Stir in cheese.
  3. In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add eggs to pan.
  4. As mixture begins to set, gently move a rubber spatula across the bottom and sides of pan to form large, moist “curds.” Cook until eggs are done, but still moist. Season with Salt and Pepper.
