Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Nourish Broth Mix, or your choice of broth mix
  • 12 cup cooked pasta or steamed chopped potatoes
  • 4 oz (110 g) cooked beef, chicken, shrimp, or tofu
  • 1 cup chopped steamed veggies, your choice
  • 12 cup baby spinach or kale
  • 1 12 cups boiling water

Preparation

  1. In a large mason jar, layer broth mix, pasta, protein, veggies, and spinach.
  2. Prior to serving, add boiling water. Secure lid and let rest 5 min.
  3. Remove lid, stir, and enjoy. Caution: mason jar will be hot.
