Ingredients
1 tbsp Nourish Broth Mix, or your choice of broth mix
1⁄2 cup cooked pasta or steamed chopped potatoes
4 oz (110 g) cooked beef, chicken, shrimp, or tofu
1 cup chopped steamed veggies, your choice
1⁄2 cup baby spinach or kale
1 1⁄2 cups boiling water
Preparation
In a large mason jar, layer broth mix, pasta, protein, veggies, and spinach.
Prior to serving, add boiling water. Secure lid and let rest 5 min.
Remove lid, stir, and enjoy. Caution: mason jar will be hot.
