Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Ingredients
1 egg
1 lb (450 g) lean ground chicken
2 tbsp Burger Seasoning
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1⁄2 cup julienned carrot
8 mini slider buns, split and toasted
1 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix
1 tbsp mayonnaise or 2% Greek yogurt
1⁄2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp milk, your choice
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp hot sauce
Preparation
In a bowl, lightly beat egg.
Add ground chicken and seasoning. Combine and form mixture into eight slider patties.
Grill over medium-high heat with lid closed for 2–3 min each side, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, make dressing recipe by combining dressing mix, mayo, lemon juice, olive oil, milk, garlic, and hot sauce.
Place romaine and carrots on bottom halves of buns; top with patties. Spoon half prepared dressing on top; cover with top bun halves.
