Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp Burger Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 12 cup julienned carrot
  • 8 mini slider buns, split and toasted
  • 1 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise or 2% Greek yogurt
  • 12 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp milk, your choice
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, lightly beat egg.
  2. Add ground chicken and seasoning. Combine and form mixture into eight slider patties.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat with lid closed for 2–3 min each side, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, make dressing recipe by combining dressing mix, mayo, lemon juice, olive oil, milk, garlic, and hot sauce.
  5. Place romaine and carrots on bottom halves of buns; top with patties. Spoon half prepared dressing on top; cover with top bun halves.
