Turn up the heat on game day with this fan-favourite dip! No mess from sticky wings—just bold flavours ready in a snap using the Rectangular Steamer. For the spice lovers out there, double the Buffalo Seasoning for an extra kick!
Ingredients
1 tbsp Buffalo Seasoning, divided
1⁄2 lb (225 g) boneless, skinless chicken
1 brick (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese, softened
1⁄2 cup shredded cheese, your choice
1⁄4 cup prepared Creamy Ranch Dressing
1⁄3 cup milk
1 cup Creamy Ranch Dip, prepared
3 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
1 cup light sour cream, or yogurt
1 cup light mayonnaise
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Place chicken in Rectangular Steamer. Coat with 1⁄2 tbsp seasoning. Cover; microwave on high, 4 min. Let rest 1 min before removing lid. Dice or shred chicken.
In Rectangular Steamer (do not wash), combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, dressing, and remaining 1⁄2 tbsp seasoning. Add chicken; stir to combine.
Cover; microwave, on high 3 min, stirring halfway through.
Add toppings, if desired. Serve with crackers or sliced veggies.
