Bruschetta & Prosciutto Tartine
A tartine is an elegantly topped, open-faced French sandwich. Here’s an Italian version.
Ingredients
4 slices of bread, your choice, cut from a round loaf
1⁄2 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli, prepared
1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice, optional
1 cup Bruschetta, prepared
2 cups diced tomato
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Bruschetta Seasoning
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
8 slices prosciutto
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
Place bread on a crisper. Toast for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
To assemble, top each toast with aioli, a couple of spoonfuls of Bruschetta, and two slices of prosciutto.
