Bruschetta & Prosciutto Tartine

A tartine is an elegantly topped, open-faced French sandwich. Here’s an Italian version.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread, your choice, cut from a round loaf
  • 12 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli, prepared
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, optional
  • 1 cup Bruschetta, prepared
  • 2 cups diced tomato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Bruschetta Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices prosciutto

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Place bread on a crisper. Toast for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. To assemble, top each toast with aioli, a couple of spoonfuls of Bruschetta, and two slices of prosciutto.
