An easy and elegant appetizer - perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices French baguette
  • olive oil
  • 1 recipe Classic Bruschetta with Pesto, prepared
  • 12 slices French baguette
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Herbed Garlic Sea Salt Blend or salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • shaved Parmesan cheese, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to broil. Lay bread slices on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner and, using a basting brush, lightly brush with oil. Broil for 2 minutes each side, or until golden.
  2. Top toasted bread slices with a heaping tablespoon of Bruschetta mixture.
