Bruschetta 1 - 2 - 3
An easy and elegant appetizer - perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
12 slices French baguette
olive oil
1 recipe Classic Bruschetta with Pesto, prepared
12 slices French baguette
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix or Bruschetta Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Herbed Garlic Sea Salt Blend or salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
shaved Parmesan cheese, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to broil. Lay bread slices on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner and, using a basting brush, lightly brush with oil. Broil for 2 minutes each side, or until golden.
Top toasted bread slices with a heaping tablespoon of Bruschetta mixture.
