Brookies
Brownie meets chocolate chip cookie in this genius combination!
Ingredients
1⁄2 recipe Cheeky Brownies, prepared
1⁄2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup flour
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 recipe Blondies, prepared
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1⁄2 cups flour
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
1⁄2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C)
Place an oiled Perfect Petites on a Sheet Pan.
Divide brownie batter evenly between petites.
Top with blondie batter, divided evenly between petites.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cooked but slightly fudgy.
When cool to the touch, flip Perfect Petites mold onto Sheet Pan and twist to pop out Brookies.
