Ingredients

  • 12 cup olive oil
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp CCB Dip Mix
  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, shredded

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together first three ingredients using a Piano Wire Whisk.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Refrigerate before serving.
