Ingredients

  • 12 crackers, such as rice, matzo, or your favourite
  • 12 tbsp thick Greek yogurt, skyr, or labneh
  • 12 tsp grated lemon peel, optional
  • 12 small slices smoked salmon (about 5 oz/140 g)
  • Broccoli Bliss Nutritional Yeast Topper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Stir together yogurt and lemon peel, if desired.
  2. Spread over crackers; top with salmon.
  3. Generously shake on yeast topper.
