Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 12 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
  • Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon, to taste
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 13 cup quick oats
  • 12 cup berries, fresh or frozen
  • 12 banana, mashed
  • 14 cup prepared Sweet Dip, your choice
  • Summer Berry Sweet Dip, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt

Preparation

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine all cake ingredients.
  2. Microwave on high until cooked through, 2–3 min.
  3. Top with Sweet Dip and enjoy!
