Breakfast Cake Bowl
Ingredients
1 egg
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon, to taste
2 tbsp milk
1⁄3 cup quick oats
1⁄2 cup berries, fresh or frozen
1⁄2 banana, mashed
1⁄4 cup prepared Sweet Dip, your choice
Summer Berry Sweet Dip, to taste
2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
Preparation
In a microwave safe bowl, combine all cake ingredients.
Microwave on high until cooked through, 2–3 min.
Top with Sweet Dip and enjoy!
