Blueberry Vanilla Protein Milkshake

We’re not saying milkshakes must be healthier, but these are delicious and pack an extra nutrition punch. The vanilla plant-based protein powder will help keep your blood sugars more stable, and the blueberries are full of antioxidants and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 23 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 12 cup each plain 2% Greek yogurt and milk, your choice
  • 12 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend

Preparation

  1. Measure ice cream, yogurt, milk, blueberries, and protein blend into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until well incorporated, about 45 sec.
  3. Divide between two chilled glasses.
