Ingredients

  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 12 cup chopped walnuts
  • 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Place a lightly oiled Perfect Petites mold onto a Sheet Pan.
  3. Whisk together first four ingredients.
  4. Combine flour and baking powder, and gradually mix in.
  5. Add walnuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Evenly divide batter in Perfect Petites, about 1 tbsp per mold. Smooth tops.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
  8. When cool to the touch, flip mold onto pan and twist to pop out Blondies.
