An easy, no-bake, gluten-free treat! You’ll love the natural sweetness of the dates, honey, and vanilla. Wrap some up to bring with you on-the-go, or give them as a gift and spread the whole-food love!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates
  • 12 cup almonds
  • 14 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 scoop Power Up Chocolate Protein Blend
  • 3 tbsp Belgian Milk Chocolate
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Pour boiling water over dates and soak for 10 min to soften, set aside.
  2. Finely grind almonds in a food processor.
  3. Drain and add dates and remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
  4. Form into balls.
