Blackened Chicken with Cajun Seasoning
A Cajun favourite made easy at home - with just 3 ingredients!
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).
Preheat a frying pan to medium-high heat.
Brush butter on both sides of chicken. Coat or rub buttered chicken with Cajun Fries Seasoning.
Sear both sides of chicken for 2 minutes. Place pan in preheated oven for 6 minutes.
