It’s a fiesta of flavour. This easy-to-make dip is great for entertaining and game nights. And leftovers are so good in quick quesadillas.
Ingredients
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) black beans, rinsed and drained
1⁄4 cup Creamy Ranch Dip or CCB Dip, prepared
3 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
1 cup light sour cream, or yogurt
1 cup light mayonnaise
3 tbsp CCB Dip Mix
1 cup sour cream, or yogurt
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix or Kickin' Jalapeno Burger Seasoning
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
In food processor, blend all ingredients, adding water if necessary, to desired consistency.
Spoon into serving dish, cover, and chill.
