Ingredients
2 cups frozen corn kernels
2 cups canned black beans
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp lime juice, optional

Instructions
In a Rectangular Steamer, microwave corn on high, with lid on for 2 minutes.
Combine corn with all other ingredients. Add a lively splash of lime juice and cilantro if desired. Serve warm or chilled.
