Black Bean Brownies
Flourless chocolaty brownies—black beans add moisture and fudgy texture. It’s your secret that they are gluten-free.
Ingredients
1 can (14 oz /398 ml) black beans, rinsed and drained
3⁄4 cup cocoa powder
3⁄4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 tsp Sea Salt
2 eggs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Place a lightly oiled Rectangular Steamer on a Sheet Pan.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
Divide the batter into the Rectangular Steamer.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the sides.

Tips
