Ingredients

  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 12 cup Montreal Chicken Rub
  • 13 cup Honey Mustard
  • 13 cup raspberry vinegar

Preparation

  1. Whisk oil with Montreal Chicken Rub, Honey Mustard, and vinegar.
  2. Portion meat into resealable plastic bags.
  3. Divide marinade, then pour each portion over meat in bags.
  4. Squeeze out air from bags and seal as close as possible to meat.
  5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or freeze up to 2 months. Defrost before cooking.
