  • 4 heads Romaine lettuce, washed

  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing

  • Better Than Bacon Topper, to taste

Instructions
  • Cut lettuce into small wedges. Be sure to leave core intact so the wedges stay together. Arrange on a platter.

  • Drizzle blue cheese dressing over wedges.

  • Generously shake Better Than Bacon Topper overtop.
