The perfect portion of salad for your next barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 4 heads Romaine lettuce, washed
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • Better Than Bacon Topper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut lettuce into small wedges. Be sure to leave core intact so the wedges stay together. Arrange on a platter.
  2. Drizzle blue cheese dressing over wedges.
  3. Generously shake Better Than Bacon Topper overtop.
